Mar is super engaged and full of enthusiasm / energy for us. She does not hesitate to voice her opinion when asked but is equally clear when she doesn't know the answer to something. It's very clear she's rooting for us 100% and is willing to do what it takes to help us. Emails are responded to within a few hours and she'll gladly make time for a call or to help you out however she can. Would highly recommend working with. Only downside is Pear was pretty aggressive in their asks / negotiating, to the point our lawyer said there were terms he'd never seen before in decades of doing this.
