How Well Do You Know This Investor?

Have known this investor for years (know them very well)

Took a handful of meetings with Paul. He is educated and thoughtful. He committed to our round, signed paperwork, and engaged legal counsel. 4 hours before the close and wire deadline he sent an email saying he would no longer be investing. Bungled our entire close, churlish.
