How Well Do You Know This Investor?

Never met him before I pitched to him. He passed on us & is still one of the most helpful people I know — he always asks who he can make intros to (especially customers, advisors, partnerships) and actually makes them. His intros are always solid & get us meetings with people we'd never be able to reach otherwise. I've never felt like our conversations were transactional, and he's incredibly genuine each time.
