Serik is one of the kindest, most giving VCs I've ever known or worked with. Most VCs, when trying to get into a deal, will spend some effort trying to help in some way that you ask them, but it's usually pretty time-boxed and fleeting. Serik cold-emailed us, and just liked what we were doing. Over more than the next year, he continued to help us with so many things, especially incredibly helpful introductions into other firms--honestly the best introductions and the best follow-up meetings we've ever had from VC introductions into other firms.
