Eric is a founders investor. What I mean is that he is supportive when you want him to be, backs off when you need him to, and generally trusts you to do a great job. If he feels strongly, he'll provide a very articulate reason for why you should do something, but it's never heavy handed. We feel extremely lucky that we chose him as an early investor and would highly recommend him to anyone.
