How Well Do You Know This Investor?

Nothing frustrates me more than a VC that completely wastes founders/CEOs time. You’d think a mid-late stage company pitching to a sophisticated investor, culminating with being ghosted by that VC firm would be unheard of, but that’s essentially what happened with us — hard to forget. If you bring a founder in to pitch to the entire partnership at the firm, you better at the very least get back to them to give some sort of feedback. I don’t know if this is a partner or firm issue, but putting it out there for others who might be considering Sapphire as an investor.
