How Well Do You Know This Investor?

Had one meeting with this investor

He only allocated 20 minutes to talking to me via video conference. During my pitch he ate lunch, chewing loudly into the microphone, while either having his back turned to me or his shoulder and shuffling around with his lunch off-screen. He didn't really ask any useful questions, and it became clear that he hadn't looked at the deck prior to the call either.
