How Well Do You Know This Investor?

Got to know Bilal over the years and always seemed like a nice guy with active Twitter persona. Unfortunately, he doesn't practice what he preaches. When came a time really help, give advice, or even response - he simply ghosted. No response. People always reveal their true colors when they are asked to actually do something helpful instead of just talk/tweet.
