Have worked w Ilya as an investor/board member at our company for multiple years now. Very direct and to the point, does not waste time. Knows how to coordinate an efficient process and has the authority to move quickly / with conviction. Starts adding value from day 1 between product/BD help and intros. Has also helped hire some of our key executive leaders. One of the best operators I have met, and knows how to help cut out BS and focus only on what matters—critical to an early/mid stage company. Great combination of extremely direct but very personable. Highly recommend anyone who gets the chance to work with him.
