Jason is one of those rare investors who actually cares and tells you the truth. So many investors tell you that you're "too early" simply because they don't believe in you but also don't want to blow their chance with you if you actually succeed. Jason doesn't do that. If your product sucks, he'll tell you. If he doesn't think you're a good founder for the company, he'll tell you. So as long as you're ready to take in criticism and make real progress, Jason is the perfect investor for you. One down side: he's not super available. He invested in a lot of companies, many of them are much more successful than yours. He'll make time out of his schedule to help you with major problems in your company, but you won't be able to call hime weekly with your operational problems. So if you're the kind of go-getter who doesn't want their investor on their back, Jason is the perfect investor for you. I only wish more people in the valley were like him.
